These terms cover the QuoteBook Excel edition, sold by Nicolas Antonelli, ABN 86 278 474 480.
What you get
One Excel workbook, delivered by a download link emailed after payment. The link lasts 7 days. If it runs out, email us for a new one. You need Microsoft Excel to use it.
Your licence
You can use and change the workbook in one business, on as many of that business's computers as you need. Please don't resell it or share it with other businesses.
Prices and wording in the workbook
Every price, rate and hour in the workbook is a placeholder. Replace them with your own before you quote. You are responsible for the quotes and invoices you send.
The exclusions, terms and other wording are plain-language starting points, not legal advice, and we don't promise they meet the rules for your job or state. Have your standard terms reviewed and change them to suit.
Refunds and your rights
See our refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
