Refunds

Change of mind

If the Excel edition is not for you, email nic@quotebook.com.au within 14 days of buying and we will refund you. You don't need to give a reason.

Your rights under the law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are separate from the 14-day offer above. They don't end after 14 days, and they still apply after you download the file.

If something is wrong with what you bought, email us and we will sort it out with you.
